28 Day Nutrition Challenge Goal Trackers (daily and weekly)

Accountability is the key to success and long term results!

Tracking and submitting your goals for the next 28 days is easy! Simply keep track of your goals throughout your day printing out the daily tracker or having it up on your computer as you work. At the end of the day, take your points and submit the total through the tracker online! I will be tallying up your points weekly and the final 3 winners will be chosen based on total points from all 28 days. The daily maximum points is 16, and the weekly max is 119. Ties will be broken using testimonials of individuals experiences and areas of growth during the challenge. I look forward to working with each of you as the weeks go on!
