Understanding Sugar and Salt Cravings
Most everyone has a occasional craving for salt and/or sugar. Here are some ideas on how to satisfy those cravings in a healthy way.

For Salt Cravings:
1/2 Lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 liter water
Mix well and enjoy!
